Important things to note:

Temple pass is not included in the price. You can purchase your ticket for Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples here.
Transport is not included. I can advise you how long it takes to get from from your hotel to the meeting point. Pick up/drop off can be booked for an additional USD 30 (3 people max) or USD 40 (Private van up to 5 people) transport for Larger groups can also be organized.
Dress to be comfortable and for the heat. No wedding attire. Wear clothes that wont show sweat much. You can find the Angkor visitor code of conduct here.
Payment is due in full in cash on the day. Advance payment can also be made via Paypal, with a 10% surcharge.
